Sensoryczny kocyk

Blanket with tags created by the one of the free thngs, which my sister recived to one of the childrens pack. I thought it was so simple and easy that I have to do it. Dimensions blanket is about 14x18cm (withot labels) . The only thing we need is a rectangle cotton fabric 16x20cm, 16x20cm rectangle minky and labels. In addition of course sewing accesories, namely pins and masking tape :)


Kocyk z metkami powstał dzięki gratisowi, jaki siostra otrzymała do którejś z dziecięcych rzeczy. Pomyślałam, że to takie proste i łatwe, że muszę to zrobić. Wymiary kocyka to około 14x18cm (bez metek). Jedyne czego potrzebujemy to: prostokąt tkaniny bawełnianej 16x20cm, prostokąt minky 16x20cm i metki. Dodatkowo oczywiście akcesoria krawieckie, czyli szpilki i taśma malarska:)



Step 1: Cut the colored ribbons in to pieces of about 7-8cm.
Krok 1: Tniemy kolorowe tasiemki na kawałki około 7-8 cm.

Step 2: By pins we fastened ribbons to cotton fabric. On the right side!

Krok 2: Szpilkami mocujemy tasiemki do tkaniny bawełnianej. Na prawej stronie! 

Step 3: Stick the masking tape to labels, then labels are not moving, and remove the pins.

Krok 3: Przyklejamy taśmą malarską aby metki się nie przesuwały i usuwamy szpilki.

Step 4: We combine cotton and minky by the pins on the right sides.

 Krok 4: Prawymi stronami łączymy bawełnę i minki - szpilkami.

Step 5: Staping the two layers of 3 pages and leave one side to eversion

Krok 5: Zszywamy obie warstwy z 3 stron  i zostawiamy jeden bok na wywiniecie.

Step 6: It turned out that I unnecessary tags pinned to not trimmed side, cause they had to be peeled off and fixed in a different way.

 Krok 6: Okazało się, że niepotrzebnie przyczepiałam metki do nieobszytego boku, bo i tak musiałam je odkleić i przymocować w inny sposób.

On the right side not trimmed side wrap after 0,5cm inside and slide labels. We put pins and sew closed to the edge.

Na prawej stronie nieobszyty bok zawijamy po 0,5cm do środka i wsuwamy metki. Szpilkujemy i przeszywamy blisko brzegu.

Step 7: Peel of the masking tape. For ornaments and strenghten the stitching around the straight stitch approximately 0,5cm from the edges.

 Krok 7: Odklejamy taśmę malarską. Dla ozdoby i wzmocnienia przeszywam dookoła ściegiem prostym około 0,5 cm od brzegów.

We finished blanket with tags :)
